Covering the land, people, customs, traditions, religious places of interest, shrines, guide to the sights, and a host of other subjects. Weber was in Korea in 1911, and in this work he describes the American Gold Mines at Unsan. He was sympathetic to Koreans. Also a keen description of Catholic missions in Korea. Written by a German Benedictine monk, he also provice most of the photographs. A useful primary source book.
